Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery Policy

Modern Cook delivers nationwide according to customers’ request. Shipping time is within 5-10 working days depending on the customer’s location, the shipping time is calculated from the time Modern Cook completes the order confirmation to the successful receipt of the goods, excluding holidays and Sundays.

Please be noted when receiving goods:

  • Check the goods are still sealed, no signs of peeling, denting before signing for receipt.
  • Ask the Shipper to sign and write his or her full name on the “Delivery Confirmation” affixed to the package of the goods.

Shipping charges

* For shipping charge orders, the shipping fee will be charged by the 3rd Party Shipping Provider on a basis:

  • Weight and packing dimensions of the goods in the order.
  • Geographic distance between shipping address and Modern Cook’s warehouse.
  • Shipping fee will be informed to the customer at the time of placing the order and confirmed by the customer before processing with shipping.

Shipping fee support policy: Depending on the time and promotions at each time, Modern Cook will have different order support policies.

Return policy

Customers who buy goods at Modern Cook can exchange and return goods within 3 days of receiving the goods.

Exchange/Return applicable

  • The product was delivered wrongly compared to the order.
  • The product is damaged during transportation (with confirmation from the shipping side).
  • Errors, defects caused by the design and manufacturing process of the manufacturer

Return/Exchange conditions

  • Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, including packaging, tags, product labels and accompanying accessories.
  • Products can be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt
  • In the event of the wrong product being shipped, Modern Cook will re-deliver it free of charge.
  • In case of return due to customer’s demand, customer will bear all shipping fees and other arising return and exchange fees (if any).

Return/exchange not applicable

  • Products not be purchased at Modern Cook JSC.
  • Products purchased in the discount or promotion program.
  • Products lost stamps, labels, or used.
  • Errors, defects caused by customer.
  • Packaging, product box is lost, damaged, scratched due to customer’s fault.
  • Product is out of return period.

Return/Exchange method:

To return the product, please follows:

Step 1 – Check the product return and exchange conditions updated by Modern Cook on the website https://thermomixvietnam.vn/.

Step 2 – Contact Modern Cook customer service staff at 024 3513 2299 for advice and instructions on product return and exchange.

Or you can send an email to the address: info@moderncook.vn specifying information including::

  • Number of contracts/sale orders
  • Name of product purchased
  • Reason for return
  • Contact phone number
  • Note other information (if any)

Modern Cook will contact customers within 48 hours for advice and instructions on return and exchange.

In case you have a complaint about the attitude or behavior of the Delivery Staff, Modern Cook will discuss with the delivery service partner to have measures to remind and discipline that Employee as prescribed.
