Receive goods at the time, location, type and quantity according to the Sales Order.

Complete the payment obligation before / while receiving the goods, check and sign the receipt of the delivery of the goods.

Receive the warranty policy according to the Warranty & Maintenance Terms specified in the Sales Order.

Experience the Seller’s customer service policy.
Rights and responsibilities of the Seller (Modern Cook):

Deliver the goods at the time, place, type and quantity to the Buyer according to the Sales Order.

Guaranteed 100% new, unused goods, responsible for the origin of goods and the specifications of the goods as announced.

Delivery basic instructions for use and notes on how to use the equipment safely.

Ensure warranty of goods in accordance with the Company’s Warranty Policy.
