Warranty conditions

• 

  Product is within warranty period, 12 months of professional usage and 24 months of household or individual usage commencing from date of handover.

• 

  Product’s origin and technical specification, serial number on warranty card must be identical with the one on the product.

• 

  Buyer must fully comply with usage regulations according to the User manual.

Warranty scope

• 

  Errors, defects caused by the design and manufacturing process of the manufacturer.

Out of warranty service

• 

  Product is out of warranty period

• 

  Serial number on warranty card is not identical with the one on the product or unable to be identified by any cause.

• 

  Damages caused by incorrect installation and usage according to the User manual.

• 

  Damages caused by external impacts such as falling, breaking, scratching, humidity, deformation, rusting, or dragging that causes defect of product base and scale.

• 

  Product is operated improperly or not according to the User manual causing liquid overflow into the product and damaged to the electric devices.

• 

  Power supplied to the device does not follow the product guideline, the electric circuit is unstable or exceeds the intended range.

• 

  Disassembling, repairing or alteration of product structure by unauthorized personnel.

• 

  No warranty applied for consumables parts (i.e. blade or related plastic parts).

• 

  In case of damage caused by breaking of physical components, improper operation, unstable power supply, etc. The Seller will provide repair services with additional costs for replacement parts (if any) and the customer is liable for any incurred service fee.

What if I purchased my Thermomix from someone else?
