• We offer 2 forms of experience: Virtual demo or directly (offline) at the Thermomix Vietnam Experience Center at Shop 10, Park Hill 11 building, Vinhomes Times City, Hanoi.
• You can choose a suitable time frame and register for the experience at the link https://thermomixvietnam.vn/en/book-a-cooking-experience.html, all days of the week from Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm..
• After you complete the experience registration form, our sales staff will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a suitable experience schedule.
• The duration of a cooking experience session is about 25-30 minutes, during the session we will prepare a few simple dishes with you to help you understand the basic operating principles of the device as well as directly feel the taste of the dish made by yourself with the support of Thermomix.
• We recommend you to attend the experience session with family members because the Thermomix is very safe and easy to use for anyone.

Note: We recommend you register for consultation and experience before buying for your benefit. However, if you locate in a faraway province, or cannot arrange time to attend the experience session, you can rest assured to buy the device first and register to experience the device after receiving it.
